Sometimes, it's difficult to spot things within your company that can be holding it back - or even working against it. At other times, it's possible that your company understands it has a problem, but is uncertain how to proceed. In such cases, you may need a consultant such as myself.

(3) Analysis of your present systems, including business logic, and giving advice based on it.
